The basement features a large 550 square foot rec room, and 9 foot ceilings throughout.  A high efficiency wood-electric furnace provides heat through the winter months.  Conveniently located in the maintenance room are all pluming controls for the farm and house, meaning all water can be controlled from this central location.  Shower facilities are also located downstairs.

The 1280 square foot main floor features a living room with cedar cathedral ceiling.  An open concept design connects this welcoming room to the kitchen and dining room.  A separate dining room entrance opens to the natural wood walk out deck.  This two-level deck wraps around the front of the house, and the pressure treated hardwood construction is engineered to last.  A study with a view of the farm entry, laundry room with sewing nook, and washroom are all located on the main floor as well.

The master bedroom with cedar cathedral ceiling is located on the upper floor.  A sink alcove and his & hers closets contribute to the comfort of this spacious bedroom.  Two other bedrooms overlook the orchard.  All rooms have laminate birch flooring to give a warm welcome, and solid oak closet doors to keep a tidy appearance.
